All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours, with most orders being sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Their aim to ship orders out to customers with paid delivery as soon as possible with priority service. A monitoring email will automatically be sent to the account on the order after the delivery time to indicate that the shipment is ready for shipment and forwarded to USPS for delivery. All transit times of shipment are estimated time of delivery.

They are shipping to most of the U.S. States (Varies State to State due to State Laws), Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO. For Armed Forces, please pick the appropriate shipping form for APO / FPO addresses.
For most countries, they are actually shipping worldwide. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, at this point they will not be able to accept payment from or ship to your country.
You can only return the freshest, unopened products if you purchased a faulty, DOA, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery for store credit or exact replacement of the product. If the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect item or DOA item), they will pay the return shipping costs back.
If your product is defective, it may be returnable for an exchange. Objects displaying signs of use or wear cannot be returned. Atomizers of any type, Cartomizers, and discounted items may not be returned unless Dead On Arrival (DOA) and the customer has to notify them of DOA hardware within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to qualify for an exchange. Could not return or exchange E-Liquid.
